The most popular payment option is the secure payment gateway Paypal, which allows us to accept credit cards online. We also accept bank deposit, cheques or money orders, payment must be cleared before your order is sent.
Orders
Orders can be made online using Pay Pal or by selecting Bank Deposit, you can also e-mail or mail order to us, remembering to include contact information phone number, address and e-mail address.
Refund and Exchange
If the item you have chosen is not what you expected, the wrong size or the wrong colour we are happy to make exchange or refund if notified and returned within 10 days from the day of purchase. When returning goods please contact us prior and be sure to enclose original receipts. All items are to be returned in the original condition they were sent, unworn and unused and with labels attached and in original packaging.
Postage for any returns or exchanges will be at cost to the customer.
Refund or exchange can not be given for sale items.
If your items are damaged or faulty we are more than happy to replace if available or refund providing we are notified and items are returned with receipt within 10 days of purchase.

Cancellations
Please notify us of any cancellations immediately. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been processed and posted.
Postage
We use Australia post, regular prepaid parcles. Postage is free within Australia. Please Contact us prior to placing an order for a quote for postage if sending out of Australia.
